As of 2022, Henry is focusing on what he does best, that is helping local area restaurant to open, refresh, upgrade and ultimately to be more successful financially and emotionally.

Starting with 28 years as a working Chef, Henry's career includes owning and operating 6 restaurants, 12 years as a point of sale and technical operational consultant, and 20+ years of helping restaurants and other hospitality business to succeed. Henry's philosophy is to treat each client as a business partner, so jointly made decisions are personal and passionately important.
